I was honored to be offering these meditations for Dan Harris and the Get Fit Sanely series. I've had quite a personal journey when it comes to fitness, having been everything from a barefoot marathon runner, cross-country cyclist, to a chronically ill mom with little time or energy to do any exercise at all. I've also run the gamut of experience with food in relationship to body image, health, and emotions. Each of these meditations came out of a ton of mindful time spent with my body and mind, and it was a glorious and satisfying process for me to craft them. Find out more here or at danharris.com
